There are no hidden clauses, additional charges or disclaimers for 'hard-to-fill positions'. 

It all depends on how much of the work you’d like to leave to us:

Light-Service: This is ideal if you would prefer to conduct the interviews yourself or if you need professional support with time-consuming active sourcing.

Standard-Service: We handle the entire process, right through to the end of the interview stage, and we also offer a three-month replacement guarantee.

Premium-Service: The all-inclusive, worry-free package. We also support your new colleague through the onboarding process (the first 100 days) and provide a six-month replacement guarantee.

Neither do we!

With our Standard and Premium services, instead of paying monthly retainer fees even if no candidate is found, you pay a fixed starter fee at the beginning and a closing fee (a percentage of the gross salary) only if the position is successfully filled. Of course, the starter fee already paid is credited against the closing fee.

With the Light service, there is only a one-off service fee, and no commission is payable upon filling the vacancy.

This means your recruitment costs remain precisely calculable.

We search across Europe. Our search strategy is like an accordion – we start regionally and then expand the search nationally and to other European countries if we need to. Our consultants are native speakers of German, English, Spanish and Portuguese, so we really understand the local mindset and can find talents that others don't even know about.

If, whilst the search is ongoing, it turns out that another vacancy has suddenly become much more urgent, you can swap the role you are looking to fill once, free of charge, after the service has commenced, and we will then flexibly switch to the new profile. For us, this is part of the flexibility we promise as part of our Standard and Premium services.
