1. Information

Please contact us and let us know about your vacancies. We will send you a suitable offer.

2. Job Advertisement(s)

You have agreed to our offer and sent us your job advertisement(s), which we will publish on our job platform in three languages (German, English, Spanish) .

3. Active Sourcing

We use our international database to search for suitable candidates who are currently looking for a job or willing to change jobs, and get in touch with them directly.

 

4. Application

Candidates apply for your job offer on our job platform. We review and select the applications received.

5. Matching

We carry out a matching process based on your requirements for the vacant position.

6. Shortlist

We will send you a shortlist of suitable candidates so you can contact them directly.

Analysis

During the initial meeting, we will review the details regarding the specialists and executives required, the candidate profile, qualifications, contract type, and other relevant criteria.

Actice Sourcing

Our selection process guarantees the identification of the best candidates for your company. We utilise our extensive network and various recruitment methods, such as direct search/headhunting, social media, presence at congresses and trade fairs, our recruitment website to identify potential candidates. In addition, we organise and carry out ‘The One Company Recruitment Event’, specifically for your company, to find an appropriate number of candidates.

Screening

We undertake comprehensive assessments, interviews and pre-screening to ensure that only candidates with the required qualifications are shortlisted. We screen candidates to check their suitability for the vacancy, such as assessing qualifications, competences, existing language skills and motivation. In addition, we can conduct initial interviews with the candidates on site in the respective countries.

Selection

Following the screening process, further in-depth interviews are carried out with suitable candidates (shortlist) in order to assess and evaluate them more deeply. If deemed necessary, we also carry out language tests to assess existing language skills and recommend any required measures.

Onboarding

We provide comprehensive support and advice on the onboarding process for newly hired employees, e.g. through a finish post-hiring support in the first 100 days after new employees start work, through training and coaching programmes tailored to your company's specific needs.
