Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage clinical trial protocols, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee site selection, initiation, and management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GCP, and internal SOPs
- Monitor trial progress and data quality, addressing issues promptly
- Manage and mentor clinical research associates (CRAs) and other trial staff
- Prepare and review clinical trial documentation and reports
- Collaborate with data management teams to ensure data integrity and timely analysis
- Contribute to the development of clinical development plans and strategies
- Represent the company in meetings with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory authorities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 3 years in a management role
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Strong project management skills and experience with clinical trial management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus
- Certification such as ACRP or SOCRA is highly desirable
