1. Information
Please contact us and let us know about your vacancies. We will send you a suitable offer.
2. Job Advertisement(s)
You have agreed to our offer and sent us your job advertisement(s), which we will publish on our job platform in three languages (German, English and Spanish).
3. Active Sourcing
We use our international database to search for suitable candidates who are currently looking for a job or are willing to change jobs, and get in touch with them directly.
4. Application
Candidates apply for your job offerss on our job platform. We review and select the applications received.
5. Matching
We carry out a matching process based on your requirements for the vacant position.
6. Shortlist
We will send you a shortlist of suitable candidates. So you can contact them directly.

Standard- and Premium-Service
Ideal for hospitals and clinics which require extended or comprehensive recruting service.
Standard-Service:
Process level: up to interviews end.
Costs: Fixed starter fee + closing fee (commission) if vacancy filled (less starter fee)
Premium-Service:
Process level: until finish post-hiring support for your new colleagues
Costs: Fixed starter fee + closing fee (commission) if vacancy filled (less starter fee)

Active Sourcing
We identify and contact suitable candidates for your vacancies using our network, by direct search or headhunting, social media, by being present at congresses, fairs, by organising and carrying out “The One Company Recruitment Event” specifically for your hospital/clinic..

Screening
We screen candidates for you to check their suitability for the vacant position, such as assessing qualifications, competences, existing language skills and motivation. In addition, we can conduct initial interviews with the candidates on site.

Selection
Following the screening, further in-depth interviews are conducted with the suitable candidates (shortlist) in order to evaluate and assess them even more precisely. If necessary, we carry out further language checks to test existing language skills and recommend measures if needed.

Onboarding - Integration
We provide comprehensive support and advice on the onboarding process for newly hired employees, e.g. through a finish post-hiring support in the first 100 days after new employees start work, through training and coaching programmes tailored to your company's specific needs.
